The amazing photography of hannah kaufmann (aka cavemans girlfriend) is once again on display for the 4 or 5 people that might look at this website! And tonight youre in for a treat! While being harrassed by the surrounding children living in the nearby projects, I decided to ollie and both I and the children liked it... The children chanted "YOU SUCK YOU SUCK!!"

i finally edited the video from philly! there was alot more that went down, we just didnt film every little thing! scott killed it too as always, im just unsure of what we he wanted to do with all the footy so for now its just me and deezle! and if you are questioning the song, it was literally played everytime we got in scottts car so its only fitting that we make it the montage song!!!! CAVEMAN and DEEZLE are in philadelphia as of june 9th for a little over a week! we are staying with scottt! we already went to a bunch of spots today and filmed some stuff but im too tired to upload anything right now. Me and deezle stayed up all night the night before we flew out here and then skated all day. maybe we should have slept! anyways we are both going to bed now, hopefully tomorrow will be a nice day for skating and we can film more and maybe ill upload something special for all you kiddies!

allergy season is here, full throttle, and I have also been battling bronchitis so i havent been on a board in a while, aside from a few 10 minute missions just to stay loose. Today, aka the 14th of may, was the first day in over a week i felt good and wanted to skate so we tried. The wind was terrible, and im not using that as an excuse but... well okay maybe i am? its called a holter monitor. for the last few months i have been having these random moments, usually while watching tv, where my heart starts beating really hard for no reason. I have been wearing this thing since wednesday morning and will take it off friday afternoon, then take it to the doctor so they can see what all is going on with my heart. shouldnt be anything too serious but you can never be too careful when dealing with your heart! anyways because im not allowed to shower or sweat too much while wearing it, i havent been skating. as to why there are no posts lately! i promise im not just being lazy this time!!
me, scottt, matty d, and silly all went to the dc skate plaza in ohio on monday, filmed a bunch of cool stuff and i was happy to finally have good stuff from good skaters to put on this here site!
well on the way back we stopped at a wendys where i literally took a full bath in the bathroom sink and put on my new fresh clothes i brought in my backpack
well after eating a good meal of unhealthy fast food we left and started driving back
it wasnt until an hour and a half later i realized i had my camcorder but my backpack was not in the car! i called information 10 times before i found the wendys we were at and talked to a manager who told me they had my backpack! what does this have to do with anything? well in the backpack i had my cord to upload all the tapes from my camera to my laptop, which means that until wendys in ohio by skate plaza mails back my bag, we will not be able to update the site, HOWEVER when we do get the cord back the updates will hopefully be in abundance!

sorry caveman and silly suck at running a website but we appreciate anyone who comes up to us at the parks and or spots telling us they enjoy the site despite its flaws! and if we are ever skating and any of our friends would like a trick filmed for the rest of our viewers to see, dont be too shy to ask!

Today was one of the most productive days I have had in a while. Me, Hannah (my girlfriend) Matty D and Carell went to a spot new to me and Matty D and got some tricks. Unfortunately for all of you, Matty D's stuff is being saved for another project that is promising to be nothing short of incredible! Other than anything in this video that involves Matt Hartzel's benches in the tennis courts was filmed in under an hour! So pretty much every trick that Matty D and Carell did, was basically 3 tries or less! That should tell you something about how crazy the local scene around here is! I can't even be sad that I only got like 2 clips for this update because I got to film some real good bench skating. I hope you enjoy this update and if you see these cats out on the streets, pat them on the back cuz they are putting in work daily!

So first of all, I would like to say thanks to Jandy for letting us skate his garage ramp!! I met Jandy at PLUS (www.pluskateboarding.com) and he told me about his ramp while he painted an great piece of art on a door and a few days later me and Matty D got out to his house and got to skate it. The ramp is PERFECT and we got to learn a whole bunch of new tricks and had a lot of fun! Here is a video of some of the mini ramp stuff (we really didnt film too much just cuz the session was bangin and no one wants to hold a camera when they could be skating a perfect ramp) as well as some more stuff from capitol skate park. A lot of people probably don't like Redfords skate park that much but it is the home turf of caveman and silly and thats generally where we can be found either warming up or just chillin all day! Anyways, here are a few clips, nothing too crazy just some silly tricks that we get hyped on!

We are just now getting back into a normal daily skateboard routine. With Silly being sick and my being busy with art, work, school and most importantly girlfriend, we haven't been able to skate as much, but the weather has been decent and our schedules are working out well together! Thats what I was told I looked like by the co-president of this site in reference to my shoes matching my hoodie strings. That has absolutely nothing to do with anything, I just needed to give this post a random title.

There hasn't been a lot of skateboarding related posts lately due to Silly's illness and my personal duties to other aspects of my life. I have however been allowing myself to outlet creativity in a new way, aside from skateboarding. If any of you have ever seen me on a skateboard most likely I had some kind of stenciled art on my grip tape. Well if you have been checking the Plus site as we had recommended earlier this month, (www.pluskateboarding.com) you would know that there is an art show coming up at Plus! And yours truly has been working on a few pieces for said show! Here is a preview of one of them:

SILLYS ROAD TO RECOVERY

after an interesting weekend, master silly has maintained one day without going over 100f!

i just took my temp and it was 98.2 which is amazing for me, considering i run 97.9 typically.

iam going to be getting my tonsils and adenoids out probably within a month or two but for now im gonna be tryin to stay as healthy as i can.

i get siik like every other week and im tired of it.

i was the recipient of a baby lab puppy named fish! my "girl thats a friend" brittany just got it today, its cute, trust me.

i plan to be on the board tomarrow, just cruisn, prolly gonna head to capitol and film a getting better montage, nothing special. just trying to see how my butt looks on camera really.

oh and MSU beat USC, i was proud. i was watching the game with my dad and boobs, and when msu missed a free throw i screamed PISS! at the top of my lungs. Immediately boobs raised both legs in shock and fear which if u saw was probably more funny then when he tries to climb up a chair, and my dad wasnt pleasantly happy either.

well in the land of updates, thats pretty much it.

oh ya my cars totalled too, so you wont be seeing the "purps" at cappy.. well you will but it defnitely wont be my car lol

I must give credit to Carell for that quote. It has been in my head all day and I like it! Who cares about how clean you land every trick all the time everytime you skate... right? I mean sure I could just be saying that because i suck at skateboarding and never land anything really clean but at the same time i think every once in a while a toe hanging off or a hand touching the ground or a little tick tack out of something is refreshing. Everything in mainstream skateboarding can look a bit robotic at times and its nice to see videos where people look a bit unsteady or sketchy... I mean east coast!

Anyways, heres the update for today. I have been trying really hard to keep things fresh everytime you look at the site, and I'm not sure how long it will last, at least the video updates, due to lack of spots and or lack of tapes, but for now... ENJOY!-Caveman

That's what Matty D said when we got to 7/11 and saw a young bloke with a shaved head. It was funny and I told him that quote was the title of the next post on here! Haha (As a disclaimer, I would like to say neither me or Matty D are racist nor do we find it funny, it was the way he said it that was funny.)

I'm super hyped today for two reasons! Reason one is I got to work at Plus and help them remodel! If you didn't know, Plus is expanding and it's looking amazing! The store will be even BETTER, if that's possible! They got pictures on the site of the progress, but it's even better to just stop in and look at it while you buy stuff!

I have been slacking on the skating and updates. I have been taking a break from skating simply because I couldn't hardly walk haha! I got a chance to hang out with the girlfriend all last week and just relax which is a HUGE change of pace for me but now I am starting to slowly come back and hopefully as long as the weather is nice we can update the site almost daily! for someone reason i have this thing with reverting. like its almost an addiction to me to see the squeaky topsy turvy rubber or polyurethane wheels go slipping and sliding across pavement or planked wood. the only problem when you revert for so long is flat spots and ur inability to pop tricks normally in warranted circumstances like stairs or gaps.

I got my first skateboard on my eleventh birthday.
As I sit here typing this, now twenty years old, I can say without a doubt skateboarding has never lost that excitement I got 9 years ago unwrapping my first toys R us board!

If anything it has only gotten better...

I hope through this blog you, the reader, can get a deeper understanding of what I'm talking about. If you are a skateboarder and you are reading this, I'm going to show you what I like to do with my skateboard.

If you are not a skateboarder, then I hope that you will be able to see why we are always thinking about riding around on a plank of wood bolted to some wheels with a simple turning system.

I hope you enjoy our feeble attempt at showing the general public the fun that can be had on a skateboard.
